WEDDING OFFICIANT

 

Rev. Stuart Scott can provide non-denominational, spiritual, secular, civil, commitment, same sex unions, renewal of vows, and any type of ceremony that will help signify the couple's love.

I am here to make your special day in paradise, a day that honors, respects, and unites your love for each other and to help make that day as carefree as possible.  This is your ceremony, your day, and your love; why would I try to tell you this is what you have to choose from.  Your ceremony is only limited by your imagination.  Barefoot on the sand of a deserted beach, on your own private island, underwater with SCUBA or snorkel gear, on a beautiful chartered boat, or on a ugly little dinghy.  If you can imagine it, I am here to help your dreams come true. 

My fee is $200 for St. Thomas, and $400 for St. John, which covers pre marital meeting and/or phone/email planning conversations, transportation if necessary, all of my wonderful advice, certified copy of marriage license, and of course a ceremony that is not to be forgotten.  You can either mail or Paypal me a $100 non-refunadable deposit using the email address of: stuart@usviservices.com  which will hold the date and time, but please contact me before you email the deposit to make sure I do have that date and time available.  For the remaining amount, you can either pay me before the wedding via Paypal or mail to avoid dealing with money on the day of your wedding, or you can pay me cash on the wedding day.  Whichever you prefer.

Typically I like to speak with you via phone or email to get an idea on what you are looking for roughly.  Whether it be casual, religious, conservative, traditional, and what items you would like to include and what you do not want (i.e. readings, sand ceremony, blessing ring ceremony, prayers, music, etc.)  I also like to get some personal information about how you met or something important to both of your lives so I can make a very personal wedding ceremony.  After I have spoken with you I will develop some readings and ceremony ideas and email them to you to review.  After that we go through the wedding application process which I will walk you through, and then onto your big day.

I am always available on my cell phone or email to help you in any way I can.  My advice is always free.  I can help recommend places to stay, where to eat, what to do, beaches to go to, dive shops, babysitters, you name it.
